Coventry is owned and operated by JB Reibstein, and along with strategic operating partners, has over 50 years of combined experience acquiring, constructing, developing, managing, and operating multi-family and commercial real estate assets. Coventry seeks to acquire well-located development and value-add assets in the Philadelphia region, with specific focus on ground-up development, late-stage construction project acquisitions, and value-add multifamily acquisitions that can be acquired at a discount to replacement cost.

Prior to forming Coventry, Mr. Reibstein was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for The Galman Group, where he sourced, underwrote, analyzed and closed multiple acquisitions, including the largest acquisition in the history of the firm. Prior to joining Galman, Mr. Reibstein served as Vice President of Acquisitions for Resource Real Estate, a non-traded Real Estate Investment Trust, where he was responsible for sourcing acquisitions for the eastern half of the United States.

In that role, Mr. Reibstein acquired over 5,000 apartment units with a value in excess of $400,000,000 on behalf of Resource’s private equity comingled funds. Prior to Resource, Mr. Reibstein was a Vice President at Priderock Capital Partners, a privately held multifamily real estate investment and development firm, where he was responsible for sourcing value-add and opportunistic real estate investment opportunities as well as establishing and maintaining debt and equity investor relationships.

Prior to his tenure with Priderock, Mr. Reibstein was an Acquisitions Associate with CenterSquare Investment Management (formerly Urdang Capital Management), where he was responsible for sourcing and structuring real estate joint ventures with local operating partners to acquire real estate assets nationwide. Mr. Reibstein earned his J.D. and MBA degrees from Temple University in 2006, and his B.A. in Finance, with honors, from George Washington University, in 1998. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and is a licensed Pennsylvania real estate broker.
